#this happens like three times in winter soldier#and i had to resist the urge to leap from my seat each time#because like#they both move on instinct to do this#he to protect her and she to be protected by him#because he protects people. that’s what he does.#and she knows she can use that in any case where things are too explosive for someone purely human like she is to keep herself wholly safe#like?????#it’s not even maniuplation bc that’s just what he does#it’s not even rehearsed safety something it’s just what he does and what she knows he will do#i got too attached to these two and their weird friendship i fucked up i fucked up
#Ok but I need to keep that commentary#because Tasha is very mercenary and opportunistic#but she doens’t trust easily#she uses whatever means necessary to survive and succeed#but she doesn’t generally depend on people#and this is her depending on Steve#not depending on the shield#not depending on an organization#depending on Steve Rogers#god now I’m overinvested too
Mississippi recently passed a law allowing businesses to deny LGBT people on religious grounds, but some business owners aren’t having it. Hundreds of businesses throughout the state are displaying these stickers in their windows to demonstrate their commitment to equality. It’s part of “If You’re Buying, We’re Selling,” a campaign by Equality Mississippi and 30 local businesses to combat harmful effects of the religious freedom bill. Yes, yes, yes. Mississippians, look for this when you shop. (via The Advocate)
